Sales Manager - Recruitment Consultancy

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead sales initiatives within our recruitment consultancy. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. You will lead a team, provide training, and contribute to business development initiatives to grow our network of recruitment clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Strategic planning and client relationship management expertise
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry or working with HR tech companies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented approach
