Job Title -- Sales Manager, Saudi

Location-- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role-- The Sales Manager will spearhead business development in Saudi Arabia, driving revenue growth and market penetration for RMSI's business.

The role requires strategic planning, client engagement, and execution excellence to strengthen RMSI's footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Sales strategy execution:
  • Execute sales strategies for identifying new business opportunities leveraging industry connects and network of contacts in the market

  • Drive and close sales opportunities through a hunter mentality, with a focus on proactively seeking out new leads and business opportunities.

  • Market development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi market, positioning RMSI as a leader in Geospatial services and solutions.

  • Client engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with RMSI's existing and new clients and key stakeholders including business and sales team locally and based out of India. Align RMSI's offerings to meet client needs, with a strong focus on relationship-based selling.

  • Sales enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, and travel across Middle East, as needed.

  • Industry Representation:
  • Represent RMSI at events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and gathering market insights.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, MBA from Top Tier College/University
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development within GIS or related domains.
  • Proven success in the Saudi market with strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional with ability to work independently
