Job Summary:

As Saudi Sales Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Filorga distributor overseeing all operational and strategic decisions, aiming at increasing our distribution in the top medical doors and Pharmacies for Filorga.

Our Sales Manager will lead our company through a period of expansion and innovation, moving a very dynamic entity to the next level, interacts with Filorga and CP SkinHealth teams to ensure that the go to market in the country delivers against the business goals, and expands the brand awareness and brand penetration, leveraging our strong ties with the medical professionals.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and objectives,
  • Ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Influence and motivate the distributors to improve the execution of the approved plans
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, of course the distributors, but also be involved in developing the relationship with local key opinion leaders in medical ( clinics, dermatologists, aestheticians) but also with beauty influencers, to strengthen brand advocacy, brand love and brand awareness of our brand.
  • Drive the local portfolio of Filorga to ensure we cover the main consumer needs while keeping a focus mindset, within Saudi Ministry of Health constraints.
  • Ensure the distributor's compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage operational costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and media interviews.
  • Lead marketing efforts to effectively position the brands in competitive markets, including digital marketing strategies and partnerships.

What We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role with a strong commercial focus
  • Fluent Arabic - English, French is a plus
  • Prior Experience of Saudi Market
  • Keen to travel frequently as required
  • Significant experience in medical visits and or Pharmacy dispensing, ideally in Saudi, and deep understanding of skincare/cosmetics and/or aesthetics markets, including regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic leader as well as the ability to successfully inspire hands-on approach to ensure a high level of performance
