Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team. This role oversees lead generation, inbound and outbound sales functions to ensure consistent pipeline development and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Build, manage, and scale lead generation, inbound, and outbound sales teams
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Monitor performance metrics and report directly to the CEO
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align market strategy
  • Ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Proven experience leading different sales functions including lead generation, outbound sales, and inbound sales teams.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.

Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
