About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and positioning our Active Intelligence and physical security solutions across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.
This role requires strong market knowledge, regional experience, and the ability to manage complex solution sales within the security and smart technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the KSA market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across government, enterprise, smart city, transportation, oil & gas, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and contract closure.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships across KSA.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Support tender submissions, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on market expansion strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the physical security, smart technology, or enterprise solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of:
- CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Access Control Systems
- AI Video Analytics
- PSIM Platforms
- IoT & Smart City Technologies
- Enterprise Security Solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in KSA.
- Strong network within the Saudi market including consultants, integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Experience working with government and large enterprise projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and smart city developments.
- Existing relationships with major system integrators and consultants in KSA.
- Experience in complex and multi-stakeholder solution sales.
- Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
