Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

* Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets.

* Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professional ethics.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Extensive experience in heavy equipment sales and a strong customer base in the Saudi Arabian region.

* Experience in mining sales and related fields is preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyze sales data and write reports.

* Valid driver's license.
