PRIMARY PURPOSE
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and organizing the sales team to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, setting sales targets, and driving team performance. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing department to align efforts in lead generation and conversion. Additionally, the role includes overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, setting individual targets, and facilitating continuous training and development to enhance team capabilities and overall productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture, and motivating agents to exceed targets.
Builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.
To develop effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales managers also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff, and transferring or dismissing.
Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting, and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for PSI.
Design and implement compensation packages and commission schemes across both Business Development and Account Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred); attested certificate.
5+ years in residential/commercial sales, ideally in mixed-use, multi-unit projects in Sharjah market
Valid UAE Driver's License and RERA/Municipality certification.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategy implementation.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams and managing full sales cycles.
Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Confident, resilient, and adaptable under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in market research, data-driven decision-making, and sales pipeline development.
