Job Title: Sales Manager Signage, Media & Advertising Solutions

Salary: AED 12,500 AED 22,500 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in signage, media, and advertising solutions to lead business development and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, proven sales track record, and the ability to manage key client relationships across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in signage and advertising solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for successful delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in signage, media, or advertising industry (UAE preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client network in UAE market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
