Sales Manager

About the Role

SOL Properties is seeking an experienced and polished Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in introducing high-value clients to our premium residential offerings in Dubai. From the first conversation to closing the deal, your focus will be on understanding clients needs, building trust, and delivering a seamless property buying experience.

What You'll Be Doing

•Identify and engage new clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking

•Present our properties with confidence, highlighting lifestyle, investment value, and design features

•Guide clients through every step of the sales process

•Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches

•Prepare offers, contracts, and coordinate with internal teams on documentation and payment plans

•Ensure all transactions meet internal policies and legal requirements

•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

•Represent SOL at roadshows, exhibitions, and private tours

•Support clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust

What We're Looking For

•4–6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales

•Strong track record in high-ticket property transactions

•Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market; international exposure is a plus

•Ability to work with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele

•Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, premium sales environment
