We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing
specialty coffee business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
coffee, caf, or F&B sales, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in
expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners.
- Drive sales of coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings.
- Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry.
- Strong network within hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
