We specialize in providing integrated real estate services to investors, developers, and end-users across residential, off-plan, secondary, and commercial property sectors. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to expand our leadership team.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and scale our real estate sales operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, proven team management experience, and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

You will be responsible for driving performance, mentoring consultants, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with developers and key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across off-plan and secondary properties
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support where needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Oversee negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of high-value transactions
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a real estate sales management or senior sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
