Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced
Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
ERP, SaaS, or technology sales, with the ability to manage complex B2B deals, build accurate forecasts, and align sales commitments with delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
- Lead client negotiations, pricing, and commercial proposals
- Ensure strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure scope and commercial alignment
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the ERP/Odoo ecosystem
- Coach and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reviews
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology sales
- 3-5 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales and complex sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and solution selling
- Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Odoo experience is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- ERP Sales / Solution Consulting certifications are a plus
- Odoo ecosystem knowledge or certification is highly preferred
