We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across lighting, lighting control, home automation, and home maintenance sectors. The role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in shaping the company's commercial strategy and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across all business streams
- Expand the client base and build long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events
Scope of Work Includes:
- Lighting design and installation projects
- Lighting control systems (residential & commercial)
- Home automation and smart systems
- Maintenance contracts and after-sales services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within lighting, electrical, smart systems, or home automation industries
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Technical understanding of lighting or smart systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
