The ideal candidate will either have an established network of HR leaders, business owners, and recruitment agencies, or has the ability to generate new leads.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across the UAE, including HR departments, business leaders, and recruitment agencies.

• Utilize and expand your professional network to create new business opportunities.

• Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

• Realise at least 10 sales per month.

4. Requirements

Proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market.

Existing network of HR or business decision-makers, or demonstrable lead generation expertise.

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
