As we expand our operations and presence in new markets, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the F&B sector, including food kiosks, restaurant and food chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies.
- Drive cross selling of Product Categories to key account customers.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key account customers.
- Working closely with the operations and production team to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Working knowledge of local and regional food safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the F&B sector or Food Production industries with strong connection.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth with minimal supervision.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Working day : 6days (Monday-Saturday), 9am-6pm

- Competitive salary starting from $4k up to $6.5k depending on working experience.
- The title remuneration package will commensurate to work experience and educational qualifications.
