Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with B2B clients within the travel industry. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will represent TravolGo at industry events and actively contribute to scaling the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • B2B travel sales experience is a must.
  • Strong sales and business development capabilities, with experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Proven abilities in negotiation, closing deals, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
