About the Role :We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growth in the UAE & GCC market. This role is responsible for acquiring restaurant brands, managing a sales pipeline, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with multi-outlet groups and F&B operators.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiations and onboarding and help shape our GTM playbook for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue- Own MRR targets for UAE & GCC markets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire restaurant groups (QSR, casual dining, fine-dining, cloud kitchens).
- Run outbound & inbound motions: outreach, demos, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.
- Manage deals from discovery solutioning commercial negotiation go-live.
Pipeline & Market Development- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM discipline (HubSpot/Vtiger/Salesforce).
- Map the UAE hospitality ecosystem and identify priority segments + decision makers.
- Build a predictable outbound engine using LinkedIn, field sales, referrals, events, and partnerships.
Product & Solutioning- Conduct strong product demos across digital ordering, POS integrations, loyalty, inventory, and analytics offerings.
- Understand restaurant operations deeply (front-of-house, back-of-house, delivery ops, aggregators).
- Work with product & engineering teams to relay market feedback and win competitive deals.
Account Management- Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding/CS teams post-closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsells & retention.
Brand & Market Presence- Represent the company at UAE F&B events, exhibitions, and partner meet-ups.
- Build partnerships with consultants, aggregators, POS companies, and regional F&B influencers.
Who You Are- 37 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, POS, restaurant tech, fintech, or hospitality solutions.
- Strong understanding of UAE/GCC F&B market dynamics (multi-outlet brands, operators, aggregators).
- Proven history of hitting revenue targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Consultative mindset can understand operational pain-points and map them to solutions.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
- UAE driving license is a bonus. Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
