Sales Manager

We're growing — and looking for a Sales Executive to grow with us.

At UNOVA, we build brands through strategy, creativity and meaningful connection. Now, we're looking for someone who can bring that same energy into new business.

Salary: AED 7,000–8,000/month depending on the experience

Location: Dubai

Full Time

You'll be responsible for:

• Finding and approaching new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with potential clients
• Presenting UNOVA's services and thinking
• Managing leads from first conversation to close
• Supporting proposals, negotiations and client onboarding
• Growing a healthy and consistent sales pipeline

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident, proactive and commercially minded
• Proven track record in sales & business development in Marketing is a must
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Comfortable working independently and owning targets
• Familiar with the UAE market
• Experienced in sales, business development or client acquisition
• Experience handling luxury or high-end accounts
• Experience in Tech, real estates, clinics or lifestyle brands is a plus.
