About the Role
Euro Mechanical is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Upstream Solutions to lead and grow our upstream business in the UAE. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically proficient sales professional who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and driving business growth in the oil & gas upstream services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC and other major oil & gas clients.
- Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and independently close deals.
- Promote upstream technologies and services within the UAE market.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical sales support and ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales workflows and processes.
- Manage receivables, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Geoscience (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream service sector.
- At least 5 years of experience with ADNOC or other major UAE oil companies.
- Strong understanding of the upstream business cycle.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- CRM system proficiency and strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
