About the Role

Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Partners Division, the Sales Manager Industrial Solutions will be the primary point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities across the region. The role focuses on driving growth across multiple industry segments, managing Principal and Partner relationships, and providing technical support to customers while expanding application areas within existing and new client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the product portfolio by onboarding new Principals and Partners
  • Prequalify, validate, and register products with clients
  • Identify sales leads, new customers, and bid opportunities
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
  • Achieve sales targets and profit margins with End Users, EPCs, and OEMs
  • Own and manage account strategies and report progress to the VP
  • Design and execute sales and marketing strategies, including seminars with Principals
  • Grow service revenue through long-term contracts from the installed base
  • Visit client sites to understand technical requirements and support solution execution
  • Coordinate and execute customer orders for Principals products and services
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation and client approvals
  • Support accounts receivable follow-ups and ensure DSO targets are met
  • Manage inventory to balance customer demand and financial impact
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products and services
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Conduct regular meetings with Principals to review performance and align strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in valves within the Oil & Gas sector
  • At least 3 years experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE
  • Strong, established relationships with the ADNOC Group
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong technical and commercial understanding
