Business Development Manager/Sales Manager – Engineering Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Hybrid – On-site / Off-site)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our Engineering Services business across the UAE market and EPCs.
This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Engineering, Industrial, Energy, and Plant sectors. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter with a proven track record of winning new clients and building long-term relationships with EPC contractors, engineering companies, and industrial organizations.
Candidates must have experience selling engineering services, engineering consulting, technical manpower solutions, or project-based engineering support services. Experience selling software products or working in pre-sales roles alone will not be considered.
