Job Description



Manage, drive new sales and new client acquisitions in an Industry vertical as required based on knowledge and experience within the sales guideline of Vodafone Qatar. Owns client relationship and identifies and owns opportunities from identification to close. identify and understand clients&apos needs and provides solutions. Evaluates and adapts new strategies to keep up with current business trends. Works with virtual team, including Service Management, Business Care, and Commercial team. The role requires being on the road working with clients 80% of their time.

The role is to manage and support line manager to set goals for the team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well the department doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what&aposs happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month. The incumbent is to understand and perform in-depth analysis of market trends/competitor activity relevant to Vodafone&aposs sales and marketing management and ensure to provide feedback in pro-active manners. And also required to provide training to the sales team members to develop sales skills and to achieve a competitive edge and act as mentor, wherever required.
