We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business development and grow our presence across the UAE and wider GCC.
The role focuses on selling warehouse and material handling solutions into logistics, warehousing, and industrial clients and requires a strong commercial mindset combined with technical competence.
This is a hands on hunter role suited to someone who is comfortable opening doors, building pipelines, managing medium to long sales cycles, and closing complex B2B project based deals.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC logistics and warehousing sectors
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on storage and material handling solutions
- Build and maintain long term client relationships with developers, consultants, logistics operators, and end users
- Lead client engagement from initial opportunity through to deal closure with limited reliance on pre sales support
- Work closely with internal teams to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets while protecting margins
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience within the UAE
- Proven experience selling into logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments
- Strong technical knowledge of storage systems including pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, and related solutions
- Established network of decision makers and influencers across the UAE and GCC
- Demonstrated track record of consistently generating and closing new business
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price, negotiate, and structure profitable deals
- Self motivated, professional, and able to operate independently as part of a wider team
Language skills
Fluency in English is essential
Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential
