Sales & Marketing Coordinator I Riyadh, KSA

What This Role Is About

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role in driving the effectiveness of regional sales and marketing activities. Working closely with the local Sales & Marketing team and reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will help execute marketing initiatives, support sales operations, and contribute to increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

In this role, you will be involved in implementing local marketing campaigns, coordinating digital communications, and supporting content creation across multiple channels. You will also assist in tracking campaign performance through defined KPIs, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and continuously optimised.

Additionally, you will support the organisation of events such as sales meetings, seminars, promotional activities, and trade shows, while collecting and analysing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Acting as a key liaison with external partners such as agencies and suppliers, you will help ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Strong organisational skills will be essential, as you will maintain project tracking tools, calendars, media contact lists, and provide administrative support to the wider team.

Your contribution will directly support revenue growth, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance the overall customer experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; relevant industry experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales and marketing coordination role, ideally within a regulated or structured industry environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-demand setting.
  • Practical, customer-focused mindset with the ability to support initiatives that enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Good analytical and administrative skills, including experience preparing reports and tracking campaign performance.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate confidently across written and verbal channels.
