Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and grow FORMATION's marketing presence across digital platforms and in-studio experiences. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury wellness environment and enjoys both content creation and client interaction.

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photography and videography in-studio for use across social media, campaigns, and events.
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Paid Marketing: Assist with Meta Ads and online marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Channel Growth: Actively grow FORMATION's social media reach, engagement, and brand presence.
• Creative Direction: Bring fresh ideas to enhance marketing visibility, storytelling, and brand positioning.
• Luxury Brand Execution: Ensure all content aligns with FORMATION's premium, high-end aesthetic and tone.
• Front Desk Support: Work front desk shifts, engaging with clients and representing the brand in-studio.
• Reporting & Strategy: Work with management on monthly marketing reports, performance insights, and growth strategies.
• Events & Community: Assist with marketing, promotion, and execution of events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Background in fitness, wellness, or biohacking (not essential).
• Premium Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• CRM Experience with CRM systems and sales funnels.
