Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, confident with social media, and always thinking one step ahead. We are looking for a person with a head full of ideas who enjoys creating new opportunities, connecting with people, supporting marketing initiatives, and taking an active role in sales and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities to increase sales, engagement, and brand visibility

• Support daily sales and marketing activities across both Formation locations

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and other potential collaborators

• Assist in developing new partnerships, brand collaborations, and business opportunities

• Support social media planning and contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, promotions

• Coordinate with the management team, coaches, and content creator to ensure a Reel or other relevant content is posted daily

• Prepare newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, promotional messages, and client communications

• Create sales presentations, partnership proposals, promotional materials, and social media content

• Stay up to date with social media trends, wellness industry developments, and local partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, social media, customer relations, or a similar role

• Confident and professional when communicating with clients, partners, and potential collaborators

• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop new ideas
