BranSpect as a company engaged in Digital Marketing is looking for a business developer. Business developers are those who have 3-5 years of experience in the same position at digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidates for our company are those who have a penchant for building relationships to create business opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze the company's historical financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations to minimize expenses and increase profits.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and initiate discussions with company officials to create strategies to win these opportunities.
- Create and develop proposals for prospective clients and clients who are already using the company's products or services.
- Prepare budget plans and monitor expenditures to achieve revenue targets.
- Organizing training and mentoring activities for the entire business development team.
- Develop and present business ideas to potential investors.
- Establish relationships with investors and other business partners to generate new leads.
- Carry out business trips for business transactions and training purposes.
- Can create and programming CRM/ERM system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business and equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of business development.
- Experience in holding leadership positions.
- Able to interpret income statements, income, and inventory.
- Having good interpersonal ability.
- Able to undertake business trips to meet clients, explore new markets, and attend business conventions.
- Have good verbal and verbal communication skills.
- Have high leadership skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs.
