Sales & Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business
• Promote the company's services through various channels
• Develop business opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain and update lead/client information in the CRM
• Meet monthly sales and business development targets
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking activities

Preferred requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Existing network or client/lead database is an advantage
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is an advantage
• Target-oriented and confident in client-facing roles
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
