Sales & Marketing Executive
- Actively generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, WhatsApp, networking, and referrals
- Pitch Multiple Frames services including influencer marketing, events, brand activations, and creative marketing solutions
- Understand client goals and recommend tailored proposals aligned with brand objectives and budgets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks in coordination with the internal team
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to deal closure
- Attend and conduct client meetings (online and in person) professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery
- Work toward monthly sales targets and directly contribute to company revenue growth
Requirements
- 12 years experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of digital or influencer marketing is an advantage

Work Schedule
- 6 days per week (On - Site)
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Flexibility depending on campaign and client needs
