A leading UAE-based insurance brokerage providing customized insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new corporate clients, generate leads, and promote the company's insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, decision-makers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on opportunities to close business.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, achieve business targets, monitor market trends, and maintain sales reports

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience is preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage
