Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Sharjah. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and developing and maintaining client relationships. The individual will also engage in promoting company services, reaching sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across Emirates to offer manpower supply solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure manpower delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates via CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Job Specification (Qualifications, Skills, Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manpower supply or staffing services in UAE.
  • Strong understanding of Emirates labor laws and visa processing for manpower supply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license
