Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 5–10 years
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing
Mandatory Requirements:
- UAE sales experience
- Currently based in UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- B2B sales background in technology-related services
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate and qualify leads within Analytics, AI, and Consulting domains.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable deals.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Increase brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
- Create compelling value propositions and marketing communications.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a newly formed sales department.
- Design sales processes and lead-generation frameworks.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to achieve growth targets.
