Position Summary

Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: IT Services, Analytics, Consulting, AI, Digital Transformation

Reporting To: CEO

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing

Mandatory Requirements:

  • UAE sales experience
  • Currently based in UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • B2B sales background in technology-related services

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate and qualify leads within Analytics, AI, and Consulting domains.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable deals.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Increase brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
  • Create compelling value propositions and marketing communications.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a newly formed sales department.
  • Design sales processes and lead-generation frameworks.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to achieve growth targets.
