Role Overview
We're seeking asenior operatorto lead partner acquisition and growth across the MENA region. You'll own the end-to-end partnerships funnel withinternational schools and universities, shape regional marketing strategy, and drive measurable enrollment impact. This is a hands-on, target-driven role with strategic responsibility, based onsite in Cairo.
Responsibilities
You'll own partnerships:build and scale a pipeline of international schools/universities; lead outreach, discovery, proposals,contract/MOU negotiation, and onboarding.
You'll shape market strategy:develop regional go-to-market plans, campaigns, and partner playbooks aligned to intakes, scholarships, and test cycles.
You'll drive revenue & KPIs:set quarterly targets, forecast pipeline, report on conversion, CAC, and ROI optimize channels and messaging.
You'll enable stakeholders:run webinars/briefings; create partner enablement kits, deliver training for counselors and school contacts.
You'll collaborate cross-border:work closely onsite with the Cairo team and coordinate virtually with the U.S. team on leads, admissions milestones, and student success.
You'll build ops & tooling:maintain CRM hygiene; standardize outreach cadences; build dashboards and weekly performance reports.
You'll elevate brand & events:support localized content, case studies, and event presence (school visits, fairs, virtual sessions).
