Job Purpose:
- Lead and manage the company's sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in dispenser manufacturing, fuel station projects, and after-sales servicesboth locally and internationally.
- Expand the company's presence in export markets by developing global partnerships and channels. Build strong client relationships across petroleum and industrial sectors while positioning EDS as a leading brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and export plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dispenser manufacturing, station construction, and international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and partners, both domestic and overseas.
- Oversee market research, export pricing strategies, and international product positioning to ensure competitiveness.
- Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and export documentation in collaboration with technical and logistics teams.
- Manage marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and international trade fairs, as well as digital presence (LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Monitor sales, export performance, and market trends, preparing regular reports for executive management.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales, marketing, and export teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction in global markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial sector.
- Proven record in B2B sales and project-based business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
