Job Description

Marketing & Sales Manager - Saudi – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Growth

* Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Saudi Arabia

* Ensure alignment with brand identity and positioning

* Oversee localized content creation (social media, reels, campaigns, store coverage, event content)

* Build and manage influencer, media, and brand partnerships

* Identify cross-promotional and strategic collaboration opportunities across KSA

Retail Store Promotion

* Drive consistent traffic to Solitaire Riyadh through campaigns and activations

* Execute seasonal launches, exclusive drops, and in-store experiences

* Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives to increase repeat customers

* Monitor footfall, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics

Sales & Commercial Performance

* Drive Saudi market sales targets

* Analyze sales performance and customer behavior insights

* Propose and execute promotional strategies based on performance data

* Work closely with store staff to ensure strong product knowledge and upselling

Events & Community Building

* Conceptualize and run store events (launches, private shopping, influencer nights, Ramadan

activations, etc.)

* Ensure events generate brand exposure, content, and measurable sales impact

* Build relationships with local fashion communities and key stakeholders in Riyadh and across KSA

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (International marketing

degree is a strong plus)

- Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, apparel, or lifestyle sectors.

- Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills.

- Experience in event management and on-ground marketing activities.

- Solid understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic analytics.

- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
