Deltachem, a growing supplier of pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs) and raw materials, is expanding its commercial team and looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals to join us.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for pharmaceutical ingredients

Lead business development activities across pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers

Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships

Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth

Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, or B2B pharma trading

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Experience managing sales teams

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily sales activities and customer follow-up

Support market expansion and customer acquisition

Maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers

Achieve assigned sales targets and reporting KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or healthcare B2B sales preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
