Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in food safety, hospitality management, or restaurant operations are an advantage.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, service standards, and guest experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food compliance regulations.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage and will be considered a strong asset, though not mandatory.
- Proven ability to drive brand visibility, market positioning, and revenue growth.
