JOB TITLE - Sales & Marketing Specialist - Companion Care
LOCATION - DUBAI
JOB PURPOSE - Support the sales and marketing activities for the Companion Care category by driving customer engagement, increasing product visibility, and ensuring consistent execution of sales plans. The role focuses on field sales, marketing activation, and coordination with distributors to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Companion Care portfolio.
- Conduct regular field visits to veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, pet shops and key accounts.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in all outlets.
- Support distributors by providing updated product information, sales tools, and follow-up on orders.
- Identify new potential customers and secure new listings.
- Identify new product opportunities as per market demand
- Monitor competitor behaviour and market update
- Marketing Activation
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions for Companion Care products.
- Execute in-store and in-clinic activities (merchandising, displays, sampling, awareness campaigns).
- Assist in organizing events, vet workshops, and customer seminars.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities with other stakeholders
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic managers, pet shop owners, and store staff.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and distributor sales teams.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly sales reports, market visit summaries, and competitor analysis updates.
- Support the preparation of monthly business reviews (MBR) for Companion Care.
- Coordinate with supply chain, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine,
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or marketing within animal health
- Experience in Companion Animal / Pet Care
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel outside the UAE within the GCC region for customer visits
- Valid driving license and willingness for field work
