Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Office Administrator will be responsible for all admin tasks , computer jobs , supporting daily office operations, coordinating sales activities, ensuring efficient communication between teams, and maintaining customer service standards. Other responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling inquiries, organizing schedules, and assisting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, guests, and team members.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support smooth daily operations of the sales office.
- Familiarity with Sales-related processes and the ability to assist with sales initiatives and team coordination.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-focused environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
