Role Description

The Sales Officer / Business Development Executive willbe responsible forgenerating new business opportunities for MODIFIX Urban Technical Services LLC across residential and commercial sectors. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting maintenance services including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

The candidate must havestrong communicationskills, the ability to create professional client presentations, and excellent Microsoft Office skills to prepare proposals and reports.

Business Development:

  • Identifyand generate new leads for residential, commercial, and property management clients.
  • Promote company services including electrical, plumbing, AC maintenance, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Develop andmaintainrelationships with property owners, facility managers, and building management companies.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand maintenance requirements.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Present company services professionally to potential clients using presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to residential and commercial customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up onservice delivery.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues.

Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the technical team to schedule site inspections and service delivery.
  • Ensure proper handover of confirmed jobs to operations teams.
  • Maintain proper client records and sales pipeline tracking.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and sales pipeline updates.
  • Maintain organized documentation of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insightstomanagement.

MinimumRequirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE sales or business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to create professional presentations and client proposals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

AdditionalRequirements:

  • Candidatemust currently hold their own valid UAE visa.

  • Existingcontactswith property management companies or real estate firms in the UAE.
