Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company's range of PPE, safety equipment, construction materials, and related products. This is a field-focused role requiring extensive client visits across Dubai OR Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, proven field sales experience in the UAE, and a valid UAE Driving License.

Job location - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

Package - AED 8000 - AED 11000/month

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across the PPE, safety equipment, and construction sectors.
  • Visit clients, contractors, and project sites daily to promote products and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clientsboth B2B and B2C.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Study market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of daily field activities and sales updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.
  • Support the collection of payments and ensure timely coordination with the accounts team.

Requirements

  • 35 years of UAE field sales experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in PPE, safety equipments, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction sector and market dynamics.
  • Valid UAE Driving License with willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle field responsibilities.
