Sales Officer / Retail Banking Executive

Role Description The Sales Officer / Retail Banking Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for promoting retail banking products and services, engaging with walk-in and referred customers, and supporting them in selecting suitable financial solutions. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, and processing applications in line with bank policies and compliance standards. The Executive will maintain accurate records of sales activities, collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Daily tasks also include providing responsive customer service, addressing issues promptly, and contributing to a positive, professional branch environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and support end-to-end sales processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers, colleagues, and channel partners.
• Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to work effectively with external partners and maximize product outreach.
• Relevant experience in retail banking, financial services, or related sales roles is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of banking products, compliance requirements, and basic financial concepts is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or additional language skills are an asset.
