Job Description

  • Support the daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across the Porsche Sales department.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and customer data accurately.
  • Coordinate vehicle availability, documentation, and delivery processes.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Finance, Marketing, and other internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and administrative reports.
  • Assist in forecasting, sales planning, and inventory coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Porsche standards.
  • Handle operational tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Automotive Sales Support.

    • Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

    • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

    • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to business needs.
