Job Description

Job Purpose/ Summary:

To support the Sales Operations function by ensuring accurate and timely data entry on the Sakneen platform, coordinating with sales agents to capture client information, and maintaining complete and compliant sales records throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Sakneen Data Entry

  • Enter all client details, bookings, and transactions on Sakneen
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales data
  • Update system based on sales agents inputs in real time

2. Sales Agents Support

  • Work closely with sales agents to collect required client and deal information
  • Ensure all booking data and documents are complete before system entry
  • Support agents in resolving data or system-related issues

3. Documentation & Contracts Support

  • Prepare and organize sales files and documentation
  • Support contract issuance process by ensuring data readiness
  • Follow up on missing documents from clients or agents

4. Inventory & Unit Tracking

  • Assist in updating unit status (reserved, sold, available) on system
  • Coordinate with Sales Ops Manager for any changes

5. Coordination with Departments

  • Liaise with:
  • Finance (payments, receipts)
  • Legal (documents readiness)
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between teams

6. Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily logs of:
  • Bookings
  • Client data
  • Sales activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 25 years in real estate sales administration / CRM roles
  • Experience in handling bookings, contracts, and data entry
  • CRM systems + Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry accuracy/ Documentation handling/ Coordination
