This role supports the sales team by analyzing performance, designing incentive plans, and building AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Data Analysis
- Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Use AI tools to process and interpret sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
2. Sales Incentive & Budget Planning
- Collaborate with the sales team to design motivation and incentive plans.
- Work with budget models to help optimize compensation structures.
- Improve team performance and drive stronger sales results through well-designed programs.
3. AI Tool Operations & Sales Automation
- Use AI tools to analyze sales calls, generate summaries, and identify improvement areas.
- Build or configure simple AI-based tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Support the sales team in adopting and using AI tools effectively.
Requirement
- 03 years of work experience in in Ed-Tech industry / related sales operations or data analytics field.
- Strong data intuition (good data sense) and analytical mindset.
- AI-native comfortable using AI tools daily for analysis, automation, or task optimization.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
