Sales Operations Analyst (AI-Driven)

Location: New Maadi, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and AI-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team through data insights, performance analysis, incentive planning, and AI-powered process optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands sales performance drivers, and is comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Use AI tools to process, interpret, and summarize sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.
  • Prepare regular reports and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Sales Incentive & Budget Planning

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to design effective incentive and motivation plans.
  • Support budget modeling and compensation structure optimization.
  • Analyze incentive effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive stronger results.
  • Help improve team performance through well-structured sales programs.

AI Tool Operations & Sales Automation

  • Use AI tools to analyze sales calls, generate summaries, and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Build, configure, or support simple AI-based workflows to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing automation tools that streamline sales operations.
  • Support the sales team in adopting and using AI tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the EdTech industry, sales operations, business analysis, or data analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with good data intuition and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for analysis, automation, reporting, or workflow optimization.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, performance tracking, and incentive planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales call analysis tools, CRM automation, or AI productivity tools.
  • Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
