Sales Operations Analyst

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Ops Analyst for a 6 months extendable contract role. Success in the role requires operational excellence (Salesforce), strong calculation and ability to navigate numbers (Microsoft Excel).

In this role, you will

• Maintain quota models and develop new strategic KPIs
• Maintain the account assignment model, running quarterly book of business refresh and audit coverage gaps
• Report on sales team performance and build new reporting for strategic initiatives across the APAC Supply Team
• Support local Supply leadership in creating market strategies and new sales programs
• Execute and operationalise local regional projects
• Support the creation and own the regional execution of sales and account management playbooks
• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

Your Expertise:

• 3-5 years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Consulting experience
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to monitor metrics and drive data insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity and efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
• Understanding of value drivers in various go to market designs and business models
• Experience executing regional/local market strategies and field productivity programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, SQL
