Description
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot Automation Specialist to build, maintain, and optimize the automated workflows connecting our marketing, sales, and support tools. You'll own how data flows through HubSpot — from form submission to ticket creation to team notifications — and make sure the right people get the right information at the right time, without manual work.
This is a great role for someone who loves solving connect the dots problems: taking a messy manual process and turning it into a clean, reliable automation.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub (forms, tickets, deals, contacts, lifecycle stages)
- Set up ticket pipeline automation — auto-creating tickets from form submissions, field mapping, routing, and status updates
- Integrate HubSpot with external tools (DingTalk, Slack, WeCom, Zapier, Make/n8n) to trigger real-time notifications and alerts for the sales/support team
- Configure and troubleshoot webhooks and API-based integrations between HubSpot and third-party apps
- Maintain CRM data hygiene — properties, field mappings, deduplication, and pipeline structure
- Monitor automation performance, catch failures early, and fix broken workflows
- Document workflows and processes so they're easy to hand off, audit, and improve
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to understand process pain points and translate them into automation
- Explore and pilot AI-powered automation (e.g. HubSpot Breeze AI, AI agents, LLM-based workflow steps) for tasks like summarizing tickets, drafting responses, or enriching lead/contact data automatically
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Fully understands existing HubSpot workflows and ticket pipeline setup
- Independently ships at least one new automation end-to-end
- Reduces at least one manual, repetitive task for sales/support
- Becomes the go-to can we automate this person
