Job Description

Our client, a leading multinational company (MNC), is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to support business planning, sales operations, reporting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and consolidate business reports to support management decision-making.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance tracking tools.

• Support sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and stock replenishment activities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational and commercial reporting.

• Support monthly planning, forecasting, and business review processes.

• Assist in inventory optimization and supply planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data modeling, and management of large datasets.

• Experience in reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, and data consolidation.

• Strong understanding of sales operations, business planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

• Experience in forecasting, stock planning, demand planning, and logistics coordination.

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
