Job Description
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager is the operational backbone of OSN's Commercial function, working across
OSN TV, OSN+ streaming, and OSN Advanced CTV. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, after-
sales, finance, agency relationship management, and ad tech coordination — owning the processes that
turn a client conversation into a booked, delivered, and renewed campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Proposals
– Build and turn around client and agency proposals across OSN TV, Advanced CTV, and OSN+, working
directly with ad tech on specs, pricing, and inventory availability
– Support the Commercial Director in structuring scenario-based media plans, rate card application, and budget
recommendations
Agency & Client Relationship Management
– Own day-to-day relationships across media agency holding groups (Big 6 + Indp agency) and direct clients
– Act as the primary operational point of contact between agencies and OSN once a deal is in motion
After-Sales & Account Management
– Manage live campaigns post-booking: reporting, optimisation requests, and renewal conversations
– Generate KPI and performance reports, analysing delivery data to identify trends and improvement
opportunities
Cross-Channel Coordination
– Act as the connective layer linking OSN TV, Advanced CTV, and OSN+ into single, unified client proposals
– Coordinate with ad tech operations to ensure proposals reflect real-time inventory, specs, and pricing
Finance & Reporting
– Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial reporting with clients, agencies, and third parties
– Track revenue performance by holding group and support forecast accuracy in coordination with the
finance/operations team
Business Development Support
– Identify and qualify new agency and direct-client opportunities
– Support agency roadshow scheduling, follow-up, and pipeline tracking
Candidate Requirements
– 8+ years of experience in media/ad operations, account management, or sales operations within digital,
broadcast, or streaming media in the UAE/MENA region
– Proven experience managing top-tier publisher or platform accounts, with direct exposure to agency and
direct-client relationships
– Strong working knowledge of campaign management, digital ad operations, and ad serving platforms (e.g.
Google Ad Manager or equivalent)
– Demonstrated ability to manage invoicing, financial reporting, and budget control processes
– Experience producing KPI and performance reporting for internal and client-facing audiences
– Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience coordinating between sales, ad tech, and finance
teams
– Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage
